The Vision
Cerulean is more than just a residence; it is a meticulously crafted sanctuary that redefines luxury living in Alibaug. Nestled in Revdanda, between 250 acres of protected forest and the vast expanse of the Arabian Sea, our project embodies the perfect synergy between architectural elegance and natural beauty.
Conceived by ShaSmit Developers, Cerulean features a boutique gated estate comprising architect-designed G+2 townhouses. We believe in offering "Effortless Luxury"—creating spaces that are not only aesthetically stunning but also profoundly comfortable and perfectly suited to the coastal climate.
Every detail, from the private sky plunge pools and private lifts to the fully furnished, move-in ready interiors, has been thoughtfully curated. We strive to provide a seamless transition from the bustling city of Mumbai to a serene coastal haven, where every weekend feels like an exclusive retreat.
Our Commitment
To deliver an unparalleled living experience that harmonizes with nature while providing the highest standards of luxury, privacy, and security for you and your family.
The Team
The hands that build,
the eyes that curate.
Four custodians behind the residence — an architect, two partners, and the financial discipline that keeps the project on the founder’s word.
